Just wanted to say thank you and how trilled I am with your service.

I finally had to time to mount the unit. Set the timing three times using a dial indicator and each time I got the same location so gave it a try.

I’ve been dealing with a hard kick starting 1974 Montesa 250VR for quite some time. Did everything you could do to make a motorcycle kick start except have the Motoplat rewired. Well, guess who had their Motoplat rewired? Vance Smith rewired the Stator and with a couple of brisk kicks, Inigo the Montesa roared to life. Thank you Vance!

Hello Vance,

Last fall you repaired the motoplat for my 1975 Penton 125. Just wanted to let you know it is a one kick starter and yesterday I took first place in the Sportsmen 500 novice class in the MOVMX series. I also kept some intermediate riders behind me. The bike ran great! Thanks again Vance.

Just got around to putting the bike back together today and it started 2nd kick right off, runs great. I killed it and started it again 1/2 dozen times, started first kick every time.
